Runqo Account Deletion

You can delete your Runqo account directly from within the app.

How to delete your account

1. Open the Runqo app
2. Go to Profile
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page
4. Tap Delete account
5. Confirm the deletion

What happens when your account is deleted

When you delete your account:

• Your profile and account information are permanently deleted.
• Your saved preferences and associated account data are removed.

Data retention

Some limited technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance purposes. These logs do not contain personal profile information.
